Before Her Film School, there was a noticeable absence of a dedicated filmmaking course and community exclusively for women. Through numerous conversations with women in the industry, it became evident that such a platform was much-needed. The objective has never been to create division or gender bias; instead, Her Film School aims to provide a safe and supportive space where female industry experts can openly share their experiences in overcoming challenges and setbacks within the traditionally male-dominated film industry. It’s a place to learn, grow and connect with like-minded female creatives. So while the main focus of Her Film School is the female community, our doors are open to everyone.
